How to use an Image annotation tool to annotate images

If you are a Windows user, you are in luck.
It is now available in the Windows store.
The tool will be available in an upcoming update.
The new tool can be used to annotated images to add a more informative message to the text, and to annotates images with keywords such as turkey,bacon,barker,mushrooms,bronze,honeycomb,fish,eggs and more.
It can also add a thumbnail image or a caption for an image to text.
It can be downloaded from Microsoft’s website.
